[SOLD] In order to sell my house quickly, firstly I used online services. They were great because they gave me multiple options of homes listed along with photos and videos of each property. As soon as someone made an offer in my area, instantly a message was automatically delivered via email alerting me. At times I found my inbox flooded with offers but I had no trouble making decisions as I only wanted to accept those which meant more profit for me. There was definitely value added as well and I am glad I took advantage of them. Secondly were other local sources. One example which proved useful and highly convenient was Open Homes at St Clair County website. This was particularly handy for me since I live outside Baton Rouge. Through the website, I could search properties located nearby myself without ever having to travel further than walking distance. This saved me precious hours every week. However, I did find they weren't as efficient as e-services due to lack of contact information as most listings were available through private brokers who refused to be linked. Other examples include open houses in my neighbourhood. When compared to these websites though, none came close to being as useful and informative. Thirdly were agents who offered to buy my house.
