Best Real Estate Agents in Whitby Ontario
Choosing the perfect agent for you is an essential step towards making your dreams come true. Whether you're moving across town or across state lines, choosing the right real estate professional will ensure that your experience goes smoothly. When selecting a realtor, consider these tips to find the perfect agent for you: 1. Ask Friends & Family For Recommendations Your friends may be able to offer some insight as they move through similar processes themselves; however, you'll probably get better recommendations by asking your network. People who've recently sold a house, bought a house, had family move away, or moved away themselves often have valuable insights to offer. They may recommend someone they used themselves. If a friend recommends a particular Realtor, check his/her reputation online, especially if he/she's listed multiple properties in recent months. If your friend hasn't sold anything lately, ask him/her why that's the case. A lack of sales could mean that the agent simply isn't working well with the client base, or perhaps there was something about the property that turned them off. 2. Do Your Research Online Realty websites like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, and other sites allow potential buyers to see homes available in your area. These websites provide a great starting point for researching agents in your city. Searching for a specific address or neighborhood will help narrow down the field, but remember that these websites only represent listings currently active. So you should still conduct research offline, talking to people in your target areas and seeing houses you'd love to live in yourself to learn more details. When you talk with the owners of each house, ask questions like "How did you pick this place?" If they say it came highly recommended, you'll know that person is trustworthy. 3. Meet in Person If possible, meet prospective sellers and buyers in person at the listing office to discuss the terms of a contract. Even if you aren't ready to buy yet, meeting the seller face-to-face helps establish trust. You can also use the opportunity to discuss your needs and expectations. The seller may offer you special discounts, or he/she may suggest certain improvements to the property that would benefit both parties. 4. Find Out About Their Experience It's common practice for agents to advertise that they specialize in selling homes, which can lead many clients to assume that the agent knows everything about the local market; however, that assumption is false. Some realtors focus solely on one type of property—such as apartments or condos—while another specializes in single family dwellings. Others work primarily with first-time homeowners while others prefer experienced sellers. Make sure that whoever you hire understands the unique nuances of the local market so that you'll receive top service. Also check whether the broker has a team of licensed assistants, who can assist you during stressful situations like inspections, negotiations, closings, and post-closing issues. 5. Check Reviews Online Review boards can tell you a lot about the professionalism of a company. The Better Business Bureau offers reviews of brokers nationwide as part of their BBB Accredited Business program. You can search for reviews specific to the company you're considering hiring,...
Choosing the Best Whitby Real Estate Agent
When buying or renting property, you will most certainly come across a number of potential real estate agents who claim they are experts. But which agent should you really use to help sell or rent out your property, whether residential or commercial? Which agent should you consider hiring in order to buy a rental property? And which agent should you hire to assist you find your next dream home? Here's some tips to help you decide who will be the best fit for your real estate needs. 1. Find someone whom you feel comfortable working with. If this person does not have good communication skills, then he/she won't be able to sell your house fast enough and you will end up losing money because you'll be paying them for a long period of time without getting anything back. So make sure you pick somebody whose personality fits well with yours. Also ask yourself these questions: Do I like working with him/her and would my family members feel comfortable working with him/her? Is she/he a professional in her field? Does she/he treat his clients fairly and honestly? These answers could tell you something about how this agent will conduct business with you. 2. Ask around. Talk to friends and colleagues who recently bought a house or sold a home. They're the perfect people to get feedback on your prospective agent. You can also read online reviews. There are many websites that offer realtor rating services and reviews that allow consumers to rate their experience with different realtors. Read those ratings carefully and take note of the positive aspects of each agent's service and the negative points you see. 3. Don't forget that real estate isn't always black or white; there are shades of grey. So be careful when evaluating your options. Make a decision based upon your own feelings rather than following other people's opinions. 4. Be wary of high commission fees charged by some agents in Whitby. Some companies charge as much as 2% per transaction fee plus another 3%. You should avoid paying any commissions for this service since you will lose money every time you pay a realtor's brokerage fees. The only exception is if the realtor charges you less than 1% commission for his/her services, but you still shouldn't expect that. Some brokers also try to charge additional fees such as $300-$500 for showing properties (depending on the size of the property), $1,000 to sell a property and $400 in closing costs (the total amount paid for selling the property). 5. Consider hiring an experienced realtor if you want more personalized attention and better assistance during the entire sales and purchase processes. An experienced realtor will be able to provide you more valuable information regarding the current market conditions and trends in Whitby. He/She knows what buyers are searching for and what type of homes are moving quickly. A realtor with years of industry knowledge will be able to recommend the best property listing sites, search engines, mortgage providers, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, lawyers and title companies for you to utilize. Selling Your Home Is A Challenge When Moving From One Area To Another Whether moving locally or across country for work or adventure, most people will find themselves needing a place to live while they settle in their next city. And this often includes finding the ideal neighborhood and real estate agent that will help them sell their current residence once their move date gets closer. Luckily, you won’t be making many changes to the house during the sale, but a little preparation beforehand goes a long way towards a smooth transaction. Here’s some key points to keep in mind during your search: 1. Understand your local market & competition Knowing who else is currently listed for sale in a particular area helps you determine whether your asking price is high enough relative to other homes to attract buyers to see the property. It also shows potential homeowners which neighborhoods offer the highest demand for housing, giving you more leverage and negotiating power when discussing price reductions with sellers. If you own another nearby home, knowing your neighbors’ experiences with similar properties would provide insight into whether prices dropped after listing and how fast listings sold. Finally, seeing what comparable homes did in sales terms could hint at what’s realistic in the short term, helping you avoid overpaying for a house based solely on unrealistic expectations. 2. Ask for referrals/recommendations Many cities around North America use websites like Zillow to track recent transactions, including homes recently purchased by investors. Checking these sites can help you get a sense of what sort of properties typically command top dollar and if investors generally pay attention to price point when searching online. Knowing what types of houses generate traffic and interest in specific areas gives you clues about the type of agents you should engage to maximize exposure. Also ask friends, family members, co-workers or acquaintances whose experience matches yours and who lived in the area you intend to buy/sell in. They can be great sources of information about what they had heard through word of mouth (or overheard over drinks). 3. Don’t rely on just a few recommendations If multiple people recommend different brokers, consider each person’s past experience with the broker in question. For instance, someone may have been recommended to her friend who then suggested calling the brokerage company herself; however, she was left disappointed because the woman forgot to mention something critical about her prior arrangement in regards to closing costs. 4. Consider location when selecting a real estate agency When searching for a realtor, try to match their experience with the needs you have in mind, rather than assuming they already understand your requirements. Do you prefer working with an individual or team approach? Would you prefer working with a single buyer or seller, both individuals, or multiple parties involved simultaneously? Depending upon your preference, a firm specializing in either solo representation or joint ventures offers benefits and drawbacks. 5. Be selective with whom you hire Not everyone who appears knowledgeable about a certain aspect of the industry does actually possess expertise. Avoid falling victim to scammers, fraudsters and con artists who pose as seasoned professionals simply because they sound convincing. Even if your prospective agent seems highly experienced, they still may lack the knowledge necessary to represent you effectively. Always conduct due diligence to verify their credentials, references and claims...

How much do Real Estate Agents make in Whitby?
Buying or Selling Your Home can be stressful enough without having to deal with agents who charge excessive fees. But if you pick the wrong agent early on, you will end paying thousands in wasted time and energy. In this post I cover the top 9 most common mistakes people often make while searching for a Realtor, and explain why they matter. I suggest some actions that you can take to avoid these problems altogether but let's begin with some key questions you must ask yourself. Who am I going to work with? Is this person professional and approachable? Do they understand exactly what being "on" my side requires? Can I trust them? Do they communicate well? How Much Will They Cost Me? If you're asking someone you've just met "how much does a good real estate agent cost?" then you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Some great agents charge higher than other ones because they are better equipped for negotiating price changes. Others get paid lower salaries due to lack of experience with market values. There isn't necessarily anything inherently unethical about charging more though, especially if you offer exceptional service. And remember, if you ever decide to hire another agent, it'll be worth double what you originally spent on your first choice to find the perfect fit. What Type Of Service Am I Getting From My Current Agent? When you search for properties online, try to see if they show photos or use videos. These things help buyers feel closer to potential homes, which makes bidding wars less necessary. A property listing should include 3D renderings instead of flat images only. A competent agent will provide a professionally shot photo of each unit in a complex, and possibly multiple views from outside the building to capture the view you want. For example, if you're interested in living near the water, he/she could shoot a panorama including nearby bridges, boats, beaches, and skyline. A professional agent would also know which realty company uses the photos shown, whether they are high resolution, high definition, large photos, etc. Doesn't Show Up On Zillow? If you're considering an agency that doesn't appear on Zillow, check out reviews. The website aggregates information from many different sources — including REALTOR associations, consumer complaints, local government websites and Yelp. People tend to read through those comments and write their own opinions with little thought. So the bottom line is that what appears on Zillow is far from what actually happens behind the scenes. Is He Or She Attached To An Association? Most real estate professionals belong to the Canadian Real Estators' association (CREA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) or both. As with every industry, certain groups dominate the conversation about real estate. CREA members generally believe that transparency, integrity and professionalism come together when working with other agents. Their focus is on education (which includes getting educated themselves). NAR focuses on membership growth and advertising revenue. While it's true that NAR promotes member benefits like discounts and insurance coverage, they also promote sales volume. Both organizations encourage ethical behavior among agents (CREA uses specific language regarding disclosure of conflicts etc.). Will I Be Able To Find Other Information...
What do good Whitby Realtor's do?
If you're planning to sell or rent your property soon you'll need an experienced real estate agent to help navigate the tricky world of realty. Finding the right person who understands the market will be vital to getting top dollar for your house. While some agents only focus on finding properties, other are able to manage the whole deal including negotiating price. Regardless of which type of expertise they provide, most experts recommend searching online to see what sort of feedback their clients have posted since this often paints a full picture of whether someone will be suitable, efficient & trustworthy. When comparing service providers to find the best fit, consider these criteria: • Local knowledge of current prices and trends • Reputation/Reviews • Customer Service Experience • Ability to effectively negotiate Here are 5 tips I use myself during my own searches...1.) Check reviews - A great place to go if you're undecided is the website "Yelp". Many people post positive comments, bad things happen but these tend to get balanced out overall. It gives you insight into what buyers feel like they should get after contacting certain brokers. 2.) Ask friends / family - Everyone knows different professionals depending on age. Friends & Family are usually the ones to help us decide. They know the local area well enough to advise. 3.) Research past experience - Sometimes, even though something seems fine, once you speak to them, everything could seem quite different. Try researching the broker & asking questions like why did they end up listing with another agency than originally suggested? 4.) Do your research- Most reputable firms offer websites with thorough details of services they provide. Make sure yours ranks highly among competitors - if not then perhaps it's time to move onto someone else.5.) Look around - Once you've found several choices ask yourself, Why would you pick them? Don't just take whatever choice comes along first, investigate each one thoroughly. If you'd rather buy a new home or investment property try going through a trusted brokerage firm on Zolo.ca - their search tools allow you to narrow down listings by size, location, school district, price range/cost per sqft. Picking the Top Real Estate Broker in Whitby
When searching for help selling your home or finding a place to live after retirement, finding the ideal agent depends partially on experience, but mainly on reputation — something only a handful of people will be able to boast about. How well does this person handle situations that typically arise during an estate sale? Do they take care of all potential issues head on, or do they get flustered in front of customers because they aren't confident handling every situation? Is their customer service exceptional, or would most buyers complain about being ignored or taken advantage of? And how long have they worked as agents? Can they speak intelligently about trends affecting homeownership today? Knowing these details is crucial to making an informed decision when hiring someone who could sell or buy your property. But don’t feel like you have to settle for just anybody. There are countless factors to consider when picking which realtor you trust to represent you, including education, training, professional designations, licensing requirements, references, reviews online and beyond, awards received, and overall professionalism. Here is the list! (And yes, some are self explanatory.) 1. Education Education matters. If a realtor lacks certifications, licenses or other qualifications, we recommend avoiding them until they have completed training specific to those areas. For instance, a licensed contractor might lack knowledge regarding construction or a mortgage broker without formal real estate studies. 2. Experience Experience is key. Having sold many properties yourself or professionally should always come first among considerations in deciding whether or not to hire these professionals to assist you through a big life event. Not having enough experience can lead to complications; conversely, excessive experience with little understanding of current market conditions, regulations and consumer demands can result in mismanagement. 3. Licensing If no license indicates competence and professional standards, avoid working with these individuals at all costs. A simple background check is not sufficient to guarantee quality. Licenses protect consumers against rogue actors, fraudsters, scammers and incompetent practitioners. As your interests are paramount, a qualified real estate specialist should possess the required credentials to ensure both integrity and high levels of competence.4. Professional Designation Realts with additional designations, especially Certified Home Inspectors (CHI), convey credibility and expertise. While many states recognize other professions such as Land Surveyor or Realtors, CHIs must pass examinations administered via independent testing organizations to earn certification. These tests demonstrate basic principles of surveying land boundaries, verifying the presence of utilities underground, evaluating building systems such as roofing, heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical infrastructure, identifying the location and condition of walls and floors, detecting hidden moisture and water intrusion, investigating structural problems and confirming soil composition and geological characteristics.5. References & Reviews Ask family members, friends, neighbours, colleagues and former clients how they felt dealing with realtors and see what they say. Don’t hesitate to contact past clients to discuss experiences. They'll probably appreciate knowing if a particular agent was competent, attentive, reliable or courteous towards them.6. Awards This is yet another way to gauge a realtor's ability to perform. Check websites dedicated to local realty news outlets to see if they've...
Update: Ontario's Real Estate Market in 2022
There are many things to consider when deciding which agent would be best suited for helping sell or buy a property in a specific area or market. Here are some questions I recommend asking yourself. What does this property type mean to me/us? Is it something special, unique or rare? Do I see myself living in a similar place someday? Will it impact my life in some way? If yes, then why am I thinking like that? I'm interested in knowing if the agent will provide value added services. For example, if I'm considering listing my property through a professional Realtor®, they'll help prepare it for sale with staging and photography, and offer other valuable tips to increase exposure online. They will also handle everything involved during the sales transaction including contracts, title search and closing costs. If, however, I decide to use only a DIY method, I'd expect them to take care of those items but no more than that. How long do you intend to stay put for your next purchase? Do you want to invest in a property that will be around for a while, or just until the end of time? Will you move frequently or live somewhere longer term? Do I prefer working with someone who is a local resident? Or is having an agent from outside your city preferable? Will I be moving soon? If yes, how often do you anticipate it happening? Would it be better for your needs to find a reliable agent in your current location? Do I prefer having an agency who offers multiple locations? Is price really the most critical factor when making your decision? Will you be able to afford the house you're planning on purchasing? Will that limit your choice of properties available for sale? If you decide you're ready to sell, what is the timeline you've given me for doing so? When should I expect to receive the first contact from a potential buyer? Award Winning Whitby Pre Construction VIP Agents
If you are thinking of putting your house or condominium onto the market this year — whether as an investor or buyer yourself — then you will be interested in choosing the right agent to represent you through the entire sales process. We put together this handy checklist and tips on finding the perfect REALTOR® for you! We hope they help get you off to the fastest possible start. *What Is A Preconstruction Sales Agreement? * In Canada, preconstruction sales agreements (PCSA) are contracts used in residential building construction. They allow sellers who wish to sell their properties before final completion to retain ownership until they move in. They provide protection against default risk for both parties, which eliminates delays caused by financing issues and makes selling homes easier because buyers are confident enough to purchase without worrying about having a mortgage payment in hand. Preconstruction sales agreements must be executed before property transfer occurs; however, some developers offer them after closing, allowing potential purchasers a way to get into a completed project sooner. For example, you could use a PCSA to access a luxury development in Vancouver while still living in another place. To qualify as a pre-construction agreement, the contract must include provisions covering the following points: • Buyer deposits Buyers must pay part of the cost of the sale to lock down the price of the unit before moving in. Developers generally charge 5% to 15%, depending on location and type of residence. Buyers should check with their own lender for details. Once the deposit has been paid, title passes from seller to purchaser under normal terms and conditions of settlement. This website uses cookies to improve your experience. Top Ontario Home Selling Real Estate Agents
As soon as you decide to move somewhere else, having found the perfect agent becomes one of your top priorities. After all, you will be spending thousands of dollars working closely with them during the entire sale and purchase process. They are definitely not going through this experience without investing some effort either. Therefore, taking care of selecting the appropriate professional who can help you sell your property quickly should become priority #1. Here come my suggestions of which factors you must consider while choosing a real estate agent for your upcoming transaction. Of course, their knowledge, expertise, personality, communication style, commitment level towards their clients should be among those criteria but I would like to stress other particular aspects that could affect your decision making as well. How Much Experience Do they Have? The first question you ask yourself when hiring someone for this job is “how much experience does he/she have?” Well, obviously, no one knows exactly how long each specialist had been doing his/her job because every individual develops her/his own way to handle different situations. However, knowing the approximate amount of work under their belts can tell us whether these individuals possess enough knowledge or not and consequently whether they truly deserve getting hired. On average, people around me tend to say something along the lines of ‘more than 5 years’; however, the truth is nobody really knows for sure. So, just take note of the fact that being in business longer usually guarantees better professionalism and expertise. Besides, a good percentage of agents started their career only recently therefore you shouldn’t expect them to feel confident immediately after joining the market. If possible, you should check both their website profile and other online reviews to see whether they get positive feedback regarding their skills. What Their Experience Is Like When Looking For Properties? Another crucial aspect that influences the final result of working together with someone is their past experiences. For example, if somebody worked only once or twice and did nothing special for a certain period then maybe a client won’t hire him/her again regardless of all his exceptional merits. Furthermore, if you feel unsure about someone due to lack of previous transactions so you probably wouldn’t use his/her services ever again regardless of the professional quality he/she possesses. But if you remember the case that happened, how the person handled himself during negotiations or showed interest towards your needs then surely this factor makes quite a difference. As far as I am concerned personally, most homeowners who got great deals always praise real estate professionals’ attitude towards negotiation, especially when the seller insists on higher prices instead of offering reasonable ones. And it turns out clients remember such instances forever. However, keep in mind not everyone handles this matter correctly so try asking friends and colleagues before deciding anything. There was an old saying something similar to ‘you don't judge until you've walked a mile in another’s shoes’, so just go ahead and put yourself in this situation. Try imagining how the property owner feels when dealing with realtors and then go back home and evaluate your options accordingly. Do They Possess Good Communication Skills? One common mistake that sellers frequently commit during sales negotiations with different realty agents is giving way to stubbornness.
Breaking the Standard of Whitby Real Estate Sales
If your property value is higher than $1 million, then you will probably hire a different type of agent than those who sell properties below this amount. However, there is no perfect formula for determining which agent you should be working with, only general guidelines. In this article, I am going to tell you why choosing the right real estate broker can often mean a better deal and experience. But first — A Brief History Lesson For Those New To Real Estate: When people talk about “real estate brokers” they are referring to agents who work through specific companies called brokerage firms and represent both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Brokers usually charge commissions on every transaction they complete regardless of whether it involves representing either party. So, while some brokers specialize in residential real estate transactions, most focus on commercial/industrial sales to gain exposure. So, what do you really get if you use a traditional realtor like me? Most brokerage agencies offer the following services: Listing Services: They help potential purchasers find suitable homes for sale. Marketing & Advertising: They market the houses (and maybe other listings in the area) of their clients; this includes advertising online to attract prospective buyers (eBay ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Sales Management / Closing Services: Buyers and Sellers each typically pay a commission fee to the agency for helping them close the deal. Usually the buyer pays less and the seller gets paid based on how high his listing goes up after being listed. Some brokerage firms include Property Inspections and Valuations but these aren’t always part of my service since many homeowners prefer to do their own inspections and appraisals for various reasons including saving money and getting feedback during negotiations. My team offers the highest levels of transparency and communication to ensure a smooth transition in both directions When deciding whom to go with, keep in mind you shouldn’t base your decision solely on price. We live in Canada where house prices vary significantly across regions and types of property from small condos to large suburban estates. Many factors come into play aside from just price when comparing competing listings including location, condition, proximity to amenities, views, floor sizes and more. All things to consider when making an informed purchase. Your Realtor Should Have These Qualities: Experience: Your realtor will have worked for a real estate company for a minimum period of time. Their length of employment varies greatly depending on the size and nature of their business. Small mom-and-pop operations tend to provide fewer benefits and longer hours than larger corporate entities do, but generally speaking, your agent should be willing to put in long days and nights. Professionalism: To become licensed in Canada, realtors must pass exams administered by provincial governments on topics ranging from negotiation techniques to legal issues associated with purchasing and owning property, among others. Agents also undergo extensive training in order to learn everything there is to know about dealing with buyers and sellers. Being able to handle stressful situations well and communicate effectively are crucial parts of the job description. Transparency: While most realty offices employ support staff that answer phones, emails and manage office logistics, it’s still ultimately up to that individual to make himself available whenever he’s scheduled...
MLS Whitby or Bust? Reasons to List With Us ($$$)
In this era of online listing services like Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and Realtor®—a virtual superagent that serves millions upon millions of homeowners across North America who are ready to sell their homes fast—the question becomes should I go local or use a national service? Or perhaps neither? Before answering that question, first take a moment to understand why anyone would be willing to pay $1K+/month just to get listed on those sites without ever seeing another prospective buyer other than the ones they see through email correspondence. If you're anything like most sellers my guess is that the only reason buyers show interest in your listings is because someone recommended them as something worth checking out, whether it was a friend or family member or some guy named Brian on Craigslist. But if no one recommends your property unless the price seems right...well, then who exactly is recommending your house? And who actually sees these prospects besides yourself once you've listed your house anyway? If nobody likes what you paid for your place, they won't come knocking; but if everyone thinks your property's cheap enough, nobody will either. So which way does this leave us? Well, if you find yourself saying "I wish I could figure out a better solution," then welcome to the club of savvy consumers who are tired of living hand-to-mouth while being forced to rely on strangers' recommendations—whether they live close by or halfway around the world—for everything. Fortunately for us, there exists a third-party company called XONDO REALTY whose sole mission statement includes helping people save time and frustration dealing with real estate agents who put themselves first instead of putting clients first. We'd argue that it really pays dividends. Because after all, saving time means money...if not hundreds per day. Now, back to our original inquiry: when working with multiple offers coming in, especially during peak times, how many minutes per offer (between buyer and seller)? Let me count the ways.... First, imagine if you had 10 properties going under contract today. On average, each agent takes 2 hours per transaction, leaving you with 8 hours available to work on other matters with your team. By switching to XONDO YOU SAVE 30 MINUTES PER OFFER! Plus, imagine if every person you worked with had the potential to become a referral source for your business down the line. Wouldn't the time saved translate to hundreds more dollars earned annually from referring deals? Here's something else to consider: when we say that we help people'save hundreds or thousands of dollars,' well, who knows how much we actually cost a typical homeowner until they receive payment from XONDO REALTY?! How To Ensure A Bidding War When Selling Your Home In Whitby Ontario
There will be no shortage of offers during this short sale period but remember: There is only 1 house available. And, it's YOUR house. If you get distracted trying to work through everyone else; then you could miss out. Remember, as soon as the seller gives a verbal offer they become property owners! They've already taken possession legally, signed contracts and paid deposits to move day/month... Don't wait until someone else makes them an offer. Get yours while you still can (and keep an eye on it). So, who should you select as your agent? Here is my ranking system I use personally. 1.) Who is most excited about showing houses?! Do they really enjoy being outside & making buyers fall in love!? 2.) Is the person willing to provide me with references? Because once you ask a few questions, you'll find out if the information provided was accurate enough. References are the first thing buyers check prior to moving forward with listing an offer on. Make sure yours match theirs!! 3.) Does this individual show houses? 4.) Can I trust this person? Some people just aren't trustworthy. So, if possible, ask around before deciding who is "the" realtor to contact. People talk and some may even tell lies! But, if you're dealing with several agents, it shouldn't matter in terms of finding a buyer quickly. Remember, when you make yourself known, the sellers come running back to YOU! 5.) Most importantly....Do they treat every prospective customer like gold?? 6.) Lastly, does this person seem honest. Do they answer my emails promptly and honestly? 7.) The final question is always, "What would you pay?" because it shows potential clients whether or not they can afford to buy or sell from the outset. Be prepared for different answers though....because everyone's situation is unique! 8.) Finally, it helps tremendously to have multiple options. Not everybody needs the same service. For example, if you live closer to city hall than the other side of town, wouldn't you rather deal directly with said building without having to go thru an agency? Also, if you have kids, pets, elderly parents. Maybe you don't care to spend hours negotiating deals every Saturday morning just bc your mother wants her lawn mowed. All these things need to factor in. Think carefully before selecting which type of representation fits your lifestyle better..(if you have the choice!) 9.) Once you've selected the RIGHT REALTOR, be patient. Sometimes things take longer than anticipated. Remember that sometimes life throws you unexpected hurdles along the way. 10.) Keep in touch! We're all human beings afterall :) 11.) Lastly, thank you so much for checking us out!! 12.) As usual.....Happy Listing!!! ...
