There are tons of amazing communities outside of the traditional ones listed above; they just won't show up on every website. So read this post to find the area that will benefit YOUR lifestyle most. If I'm working through my own move, then it makes sense to try to sell first rather than buy because I'm going to pay less commission in a sale versus if I had purchased and sold myself.
